We design our AI features to support honest local businesses. That means the AI is built to help you present your business accurately, respond to real customers genuinely, and improve your visibility through legitimate optimization. It is not built to game search results, fabricate engagement, or mislead anyone, and using it for those purposes violates this policy.

Human Verification

AI output in Rankzilla is a draft or a recommendation, not a final decision. We expect a human to stay involved:

• Read AI-generated review replies before publishing them, or review them promptly after automated publishing, and edit anything that does not reflect your voice or the facts.
• Check AI-generated social media posts for accuracy, especially offers, prices, opening hours, and claims about your services.
• Treat SEO recommendations and audit findings as informed suggestions to evaluate, not instructions to follow blindly.

You publish under your own business name. The judgment call is always yours.

Limitations of AI

AI systems make mistakes. In practice, this means Rankzilla's AI may occasionally:

• Misread details in your Google Business Profile or a customer review.
• Suggest keywords that are less relevant to your specific market than they appear.
• Draft a review reply with a tone or detail that does not fit the situation.
• Produce competitor insights based on incomplete public data.
• Generate social media content that needs editing before it represents your business well.

We work to reduce these errors, but we cannot eliminate them. No AI output from Rankzilla should be treated as guaranteed, complete, or professionally certified advice.

Google Business Profile Analysis

When you connect your Google Business Profile, our AI examines your listing: categories, descriptions, photos, reviews, posting activity, and other profile signals. The audit highlights what appears to be missing or underused and suggests a path to improve your local visibility.

This analysis reflects the state of your profile at the time it runs and our best interpretation of local search practices. Google's ranking systems change frequently and are not public. An audit score or recommendation from Rankzilla is guidance, not a prediction of how Google will rank you.

AI-generated SEO Recommendations

Rankzilla generates local SEO recommendations and keyword analysis based on your business category, location, profile data, and local market signals. These recommendations aim to be practical and specific to your business, but local SEO outcomes depend on competition, customer behavior, and search engine changes that no tool controls. Improved rankings are a goal we help you work toward, never a promise.

AI-generated Review Replies

Our AI drafts replies to customer reviews in a tone appropriate to the review. When using this feature you agree to:

• Only reply to genuine reviews of your own business.
• Keep replies truthful. If the AI drafts a claim that is not accurate (for example, a promise of a refund you do not intend to give), edit it before it goes out or correct it promptly.
• Follow Google's review and content policies at all times.
• Handle sensitive reviews, such as legal complaints or health-related claims, with personal attention rather than relying on an automated reply.

AI-generated Social Media Content

Rankzilla creates social media posts for your business and can publish them automatically to your connected social accounts on a schedule you control. You remain the publisher of record. Before enabling automated publishing, make sure your content settings, posting frequency, and connected accounts are configured the way you want, and review published posts regularly.

Automated publishing must comply with the terms of each connected platform. If a platform flags or removes content published through Rankzilla, resolving that issue is between you and the platform, though our support team will help where we can.

Competitor Insights

Competitor analysis in Rankzilla is generated from publicly available information about businesses in your area. Use these insights to understand your market and improve your own presence. Do not use them to disparage competitors, imitate their protected content, or take any action that violates the law or platform rules.

Content Accuracy

AI-generated text can sound confident while being wrong. Rankzilla does not verify every factual claim in generated content against your actual business operations. Only you know your real prices, hours, stock, staff, and policies, so only you can confirm that generated content is accurate before your customers see it.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for every piece of AI-generated content published from your accounts through Rankzilla, including review replies and social posts published through automation you enabled. Liability for published content sits with you as the account owner, as described in our Terms of Use.

Ethical Usage

Use Rankzilla's AI in a way you would be comfortable explaining to your customers. Present your business honestly. Respond to criticism professionally. Compete on the quality of your work, not on manipulation of ratings or search results.

Prohibited AI Usage

You must not use Rankzilla's AI features to:

• Create or respond to fake reviews, or incentivize reviews in ways that violate Google's policies.
• Generate misleading claims about your services, prices, or qualifications.
• Produce content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Flood platforms with repetitive or spam-like automated posts.
• Probe, extract, or attempt to manipulate the underlying AI models or prompts.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Feedback

If an AI feature produces something wrong, odd, or unhelpful, tell us. Feedback submitted through the dashboard or our support channel helps us identify problems and improve output quality. By sending feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

Continuous AI Improvement

We refine our AI features on an ongoing basis. This can change how audits are scored, how recommendations are worded, or how generated content reads. Improvements are applied to make the Service more useful, and past output is not retroactively updated. How data is handled during AI processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI Disclaimer

All AI features in Rankzilla are provided "as is". We make no warranty that AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions you make or content you publish based on it. AI output is not legal, financial, or professional marketing advice. The limitations of liability in our Terms of Use apply fully to all AI features.
